Told me he could install a rebuilt transmission, lines and cooler for $1000 after I had explained to him another shop had put a used one in that lasted a day. He said he would do it, I had it towed to him and the transmission delivered, then a couple days later he said he looked at it and it was going to be $500 more. The next day he tells me that he won't use the parts in bought he will get a price from Ford for the parts. I believe he want to jack the price up on the parts so he could make more money. Stopped up to inquire about getting work done on my vehicle. As soon and I got there he rudely turned his back and quickly walked away from me locking himself inside. I don’t know what kind of “business” this guy is running here, but he is a strange bird, that’s for sure… lol
Communication was really bad. Bad customer service. I got hung up on. Would not recommend.
