Very excellent customer service!! Returning customer for sure!!
They didn't want to sell me a car because of my credit. They wasted my time and gave me the run around by saying they were looking at other lenders but only ran my credit with one place. Instead of being honest about it, they kept giving excuses and saying,'we'll call you.' They even told me I was approved the same day, and I told them I was selling my car the same day for the down payment. Luckily, I found a dealership that worked with me.
I bought a car here in February and drove it for a week before it was due for maintenance. I was told the only thing that was messed up was the lifter tick which is common on the car I have (it is) and the parking brake not working. They had agreed to cover these repairs and any other thing that came up. When I went to sign the paperwork after the loan had been approved, they had told me that they had purchased a warranty (that I explicitly expressed NOT wanting).
