On Tuesday, December 23rd, I was 3 hours away from family - practically in the middle of nowhere - when my engine began overheating. I sought the aid of Tom and he discovered my coolant hose had disconnected from the engine. He said the hose would need to be replaced by a dealership or the part would need to be ordered and arrive on Friday - this meant they would need to use an alternative solution in order to get me back on the road and home in time for Christmas. Tom has a passion for his job and he knows what it's like to be broken down in the middle of California's bread basket. My transmission absolutely died out on the five, and I felt no hope but from the stars above and Tom's Auto Repair, he's on call 24 hours and will come out to meet you if possible to see if he can get you on the road or you'll deeper repairs, which of course was my case. Can’t recommend enough! Tom was incredibly helpful and kind and went the extra mile to make sure our tires were safe to drive. He was the only shop that took our call late night and we were so grateful for his help! God bless and thank you so much Tom! :)
