Came here desperate for an oil change when I had over an hour drive ahead of me. I've never been to Avenal and there is nothing nearby for oil change so I took a chance on this place. I got right in with no waiting. I was in and out within 30 min. I was not overcharged. In fact the price was surprisingly affordable and the customer service was great. We received the best service we possibly could have gotten. Our car overheated while in the middle of the freeway, on our way to San Diego. We were stranded with 2 kids and found Tom’s Auto on google. He arranged for us to get a tow back to the shop and he personally came and picked us up 45 minutes away, since we all couldn’t fit in the tow truck.
