WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! Sold me a lemon and when I tried to take it back he said he would only give me partial amount back and it had been FOUR DAYS since I bought the car!!! The motor mount In the picture is what was on the vechicle when he sold it to me and my grandmother and the ENTIRE FRONT SUPPORT IS WELDED BACK TOGETHER!! NEVER GO HERE HE WILL SCAM YOU!!
Recently bought a 2009 Chevrolet Colbalt from them for my granddaughter. After having the car less than 2 weeks, the motor mounts and the mounts on the transmission needs replaced. Also needs wheel bearing replaced on one side and has an electrical problem. They are not willing to help with any of the repairs. She has a disability and has limited income. I guess it’s alright if you take someone’s money and screw them!

Tom always does the best he can and go the extra mile. Yes sometime things just don't work out but you will never get anyone to try harder and do the quality work he can. Been a customer over 15 years. You folks that gripe might want to visit with Tom from the first issue and not let it fester. Talk to him and he will help. John
Okay so in February I got my income tax and needed a vehicle desperately to get back and forth to work so I went to Tom's Auto got a nice Nissan decent priced good looking car ran good while 3 weeks and to own in it it breaks down he don't know what's wrong with it nobody can figure out what's wrong with it so I junk it well ended up getting another vehicle from somewhere else and that went to s*** so I ended up giving him the benefit of the doubt and went back there and here it is two weeks into me purchasing yet ANOTHER ve... read more
