Nov.3 2023 My son had his Red Ford 150 2022 detailed for $385.00 In and out and engine. Running Boards were still dirty mud flaps dirty and the engine still dirty. My son called and complained and he is sending him a $60.00 gift card. To the OWNER you should have had my son bring his truck back and made it right. You do not stand behind your WORK. I will tell everyone I know do not go to Tom's Auto Glass. Tom NO LONGER OWNS Tom's Auto Glass. TOM WAS THE BEST!!
I called to get a quote. The lady that took my call was so professional and knowledgeable I was taken aback. Seldom do you find a person that takes the initial call that on the ball. Also, they were several hundred dollars less than Safelite. Got me in and out in 2 hours. The job was first rate from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this company for any services they offer! I'm sold. Robert Christian
very bad experience they change my 2019 car windshield and they make a whole on my headliner and scratch on dashboard when i show TOM the damage he send me some body that he fix these things. He come and after he done i just see that he just cover the damage put some fabric and glue on headliner and some paint on dashboard and if you rub the areas it come of right away.
We made an appointment to have my windshield replaced. Made the appointment a week ago. I made other arrangements to get my oldest to school and be carless with my toddler. Was told it would take 3 hours max. I'm sitting at home right now.....stuck without a car.....been almost 7 hours....still not done and zero answers....all my husband was told was " sometimes things happen" when he inquired further....the same response was repeated. My husband has been stuck not being able to run errands on his lunch...and I've been stuck... read more
