We broke down on the interstate and had our car towed here. He tried to up charge us $500 on an alternator. He was very unhappy when we found our own part and delivered it to him. We were on a tight schedule (trying to get to my mother in laws funeral) and he had no sense of urgency. While he did replace the alternator and it worked, he didn’t check or reset any of the warning lights. We went to another shop to check and clear them. Terrible customer service and attitude!
Had a flat on a U-Haul trailer along I-90 on a Saturday. Tom was there and had use going in 30 minutes. Thanks Tom and U-Haul!
