I was not happy with the last repair at this facility. Paint didn’t match. Hardware both missing and mismatched . After multiple people pointed out flaws in the repair I took the vehicle to a 3rd party for a professional review. I told them to do a walk around and tell me where the vehicle was hit. They immediately identified it. They pointed out mismatched paint, missing hardware, mismatched hardware, and numerous other issues that I as a novice did not see. They said all in all it probably depreciates the vehicle $10,000. ... read more
