I have been going to Tom's for all of my auto service for about A DECADE ! In that time, we have had 3-4 vehicles. The scope of work is suspension work and timing belts to very minor items. A couple of days ago I stopped by there because I could not close my glove compartment. I have some mechanical skills but, I was flummoxed on this one. This place has been so friendly and helpful. Twice I've brought my car by and they've look at it without charging to troubleshoot an issue for me. I've been looking for a new mechanic in the West Seattle area and plan to use this place whenever I need something.

Thanks to the excellent team at Tom's Automotive Service I am done over paying at dealerships with substandard customer service and questionable diagnosis. I've been bringing my car & the missus' car here for a couple of years now - clear communication & explanation, fair price, quality service & a guarantee. They also have a year-round food drive in their lobby - I feel good about their expertise & their community work too.
