My husband went into this shop and spoke to the lady taking orders. The Tech came out the next day and fixed our washer, very professional guy.
I had a scheduled appointment for Monday & they never showed up or called. I called their business & how fortunate the call didnt go thru till the next day. I finally got thru & they couldn't come out or service the next day. They recommended a cousin & told me to look online & I couldnt find a name or number....bad customer service. Will never use them again & delete their number from my phone.
The best experience I’ve ever had from an appliance company. My stove went out last week and I needed a quick affordable repair. I asked some family friends and they highly recommended Tom’s appliances for their affordable and reliable service. I had an amazing experience and my stove works better than brand new! I am so glad I made the right decision in choosing Tom’s appliances!!
