I had a scheduled appointment for Monday & they never showed up or called. I called their business & how fortunate the call didnt go thru till the next day. I finally got thru & they couldn't come out or service the next day. They recommended a cousin & told me to look online & I couldnt find a name or number....bad customer service. Will never use them again & delete their number from my phone.

Phenomenal job on fixing my washer and dryer! Tom’s appliances provided a great experience with reliable service.
