Four stars, because I also didn’t ask questions. My dryer stopped working, and so I called Tom’s and was told they could come out and look at it the next day (AMAZING!). No mention of fees, trip charges, anything. I honestly thought they were coming out to give me a quote on how much it would be to fix. A man came out, and I had him look at it (super friendly, nice, knowledgeable, and safe). At most, 20-30 minutes later, he comes to the main area to say he’s done and that it will be $195. When the job gets fixed the first time someone comes out that’s good service. The last thing I want to do is pay a fee and not get my problem solved. Brad at Tom’s appliances repair did a great job hunting the problem down and fixing my new dryer. My wife’s happy so that’s a 5 star review from me.
Had the best experience today having Brad from Tom's appliances look at our fridge. Lucky for us it basically needed a good cleaning and Brad explained everything as he did it. He was so knowledgeable and the kindness young man and very easy to talk to. I will always call Tom's appliances if I have any other appliance problems. I highly recommend Tom's for any problems with your appliances and very reasonable. Thanks Brad for be so professional
Very knowledgable and fair. Identified dishwasher problem as probable control panel. Did not charge additional service call to come and install part.
