Huge thanks to Brad and Tom’s Appliance Service for literally saving our holiday. My GE front-load washer decided to have door drama right as my college-age kids were coming home for Thanksgiving. Brad pulled up, did his pop-pow magic, upgraded the motherboard, reset everything, and boom, my GE washer is back in action. Laundry’s rolling, turkey’s coming — crisis averted. 🙌🦃. Thanks guys!

Tom’s customer service was appreciated. After calling several places Tom actually returned my call and then got a serviceman over to do my gas to propane conversion. Job done and I was more than satisfied!!
I had an incredibly tough interaction with the lady who answers the phone. Brad came and worked on my washer and a couple months later it’s having the same issues. I won’t use them again because of such a negative experience with the woman, though Tom and Brad were much easier to deal with, however, there’s not a lot of other options.
