Our AC went at 10:40pm on a Friday night. We called 3 companies. Tom’s is the only one who called us back and got on their service list. Mike was the service technician who troubled shot the issues. We have a 26 year old unit. He could have just tried to sell us a new unit but he got it working on a hot July day. When I do buy a new unit when I build my new lake house, I will buy from them even it costs more. They have earned my business through integrity and customer service. Highly recommend them!

Holiday weekend and Toms was first to respond with a competent, polite serviceman, Tyrel who handled our AC issue with the most competency. I would recommend Toms and would use again when needed without hesitancy. Thank you again Tyrel. DF

Only second year for unit and only 9 oz of fluid added and was charged $225. to high. So. Need to update this. They sent two guys out again and fixed everything. It was great customer service and would highly recommend them. Thank you so much for making it right.

Very disappointing experience. Left the model number and brand with their AI answering service and when the tech came out come to find out they don’t work on the model or brand I have. Service tech was awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable but would have been nice to know they didn’t work on this model prior to having him come out here. Definitely recommend calling back until you get an actual person if you do use them for service.

While there was a mixup on the address, and Eric arrived two hours later than expected, he was terrific. Cleaned the outside and inside units, and gave advise on a component that will need attention in the future. He was professional, and attentive to the units. Tom's installed these units close to ten years ago, and have provided all maintenance on them.
