The guys did an excellent job! They were efficient, neat and cleaned everything up after. They finished cleaning two systems of duct work in a day and it made an incredible difference in my husband’s dust allergies. Highly recommend them!!
Tom’s AC has been maintaining my furnace and AC unit since I purchased my home in 2019. The 2x/year maintenance plan is highly recommended. I don’t even have to be there and I know they do what I need in maintaining and letting me know if there’s any watch outs. Also were very helpful when we had one of the hottest summers in 2025 and a part on my AC went out…they ordered and installed the part as soon as it came in. Highly recommend!
We contacted Tom’s AC to schedule an evaluation and quote a couple months back to get split units. They even came out, took video, etc. They assured us that we would receive a quote within a few days. However, after a week without any updates, we reached out to inquire about our quote. We were informed that the salesperson had the necessary information and would be contacting us. Unfortunately, two weeks passed without a response, prompting us to follow up again. Purchased complete system for Tom’s and they installed on budget, on time, and have had excellent follow up for service and maintenance.
Tom’s did a great job. The young man who worked on my system was polite, professional, and kept me informed.
