Zero stars. Staff looked at my truck and the lighting I wanted installed. They gave me a date (week and a half away) and a time and a price. I showed up on time ready to have a professional instal. 1.5 hours later the guy working on my truck says he can't figure out how to install the lights. Says its a problem with the truck. I asked why they didn't know that when i first visited to make the appointment and he got belligerent. He started cursing at me and making lame excuses for why he could not do the job. I have used Tom's 2 times in the past. The lady in the office was extremely helpful. Very patient and professional. Enjoyed using them and they did a great job with the installation and worked with me on a pickup time. 5 stars for her. This past Friday she was at lunch and I had a young man who was impatient didn't like any of my ideas even laughed at one of my ideas. This is not my first rodeo.
