Tomra is running a scam with small redemption centers. Tomra picks up crushed cans from their own businesses but refuse to pay for crushed cans from other businesses. They will still take them and redeem them through their own business and steal from the little guys while still profiting off them. The little guys are now unable to accept these cans, and it causes a hassle for anyone trying to redeem the exact same product. As soon as I find ANY redemption center NOT connected to Tomra, I'll be going there from now on.😒

I picked up a load of scrap aluminum, and the load didn’t pay enough to deal with the trouble and dysfunction of this plant. The personnel were either woefully under-trained, or on drugs. I actually hope they were on drugs, because if not, it’s a hopeless situation for them. At least if these guys are on drugs…they could stop taking drugs. Was ok to be qc and a supervisor my employees were awesome on 2nd shift but other supervisors and drivers were stealing huge amounts of $$$ I won't say who or how but I stumbled across their scheme all were drug addicts but it was kept quiet so boss did not look like an idiot and no heat was brought to Rotterdam plant .
