We highly recommend Brandon! Moving from out of state is challenging, and we relied heavily on his local knowledge of the city and the market. He was readily available to answer any and all questions we had. He was also incredibly helpful in being our local contact for on-site inspections, checking on the house, etc. He went above and beyond for us, and was a pleasure to work with.

My husband and I used Brandon in our home purchase process as out-of-state buyers. He made himself available and was very responsive. He made the purchase process go smoothly, by staying organized with deadlines and to-do's and taking on a lot of the communication with inspectors, etc. Highly recommend!
