Yep. I’m yet another person who called and called to get something fixed and never heard back. They swear they’ll get back to you to schedule someday in the future, and then ghost you. I genuinely wonder who the good reviews are from and how they got this company to call back or actually do the job because it must have been some kind of powerful magic.
COMPANIES NEED TO MAKE COURTESY CALLS LETTING CUSTOMERS KNOW IF THEY NEED TO FIND ANOTHER PLUMBER. People have forgotten about common courtesy these days!!!! I called on Tuesday and 4 days later I’m still waiting for Kevin to call me back. It would be nice to know if the company you call is to busy so you could call a different company. Leaving possible customers hanging is very un professional. I understand being very busy and not enough time in one day. But let customers know if you can’t help them.
