Having been with Tompkins Insurance for twenty five years, its time for a change. Unfortunately my agent of many years retired and no one stepped up to provide any customer service or satisfaction. The agents , inherited the clientele of former agent who spent time seeing to the clients needs and wants and figured nothing would change.I have since found an insurance company who now fills the bill and am very satisfied.

I used to carry Professional Liability Insurance brokered through Tompkins. After a couple years I needed to lower my policy coverage, I attempted to reach my broker through multiple communication channels with no response. Eventually my coverage expired, and when I went to renew my policy under the lower coverage I needed they told me I could not until I paid the higher premium, even though it was a product I no longer needed.
