The pharmacist is very kind and goes above and beyond, especially in urgent situations.
Friendly efficient staff. No idea how they remember everyone's faces but my order is ready before I even ask! A true neighbourhood pharmacy with excellent customer service like it used to be.
The IDA pharmacy on Thompkins has provided me with exceptional service. The pharmacist is professional, kind and courteous. My prescriptions are always ready on time or even in advance of my asking for them. I appreciate each experience.
Worst pharmacy/pharmacist. Very unorganized, dishonest and has no ownership for their mistakes (ie miscounting medication) rather passes blame on their customers. I have only been with them a few months and gave them a chance , switched all my family’s care elsewhere. There is a reason why they are the quietest pharmacy in Orleans. Would give 0 stars if possible
