They answer the phone, they text message, they tell you when they will arrive and let you know if there is a delay, and they do what you ask them to, all at what seems like a fair rate. Unlike many companies they will even give a ballpark estimate about what something will cost over the phone (not a quote, just a rough figure for budgeting estimates).
