they don't post jobs that already pay over "living' wage. people may apply for jobs like this one if they knew about them. that would leave the lesser paying employees needing to higher teens or low skilled people. that would help train them to be able to move up the ladder. https://www.usajobs.gov/GetJob/ViewDetails/511946300…

the center helps introduce local businesses to the benefits of paying a living wage. They certify businesses that do and list them :) if you are being treated unfairly or believe you may be being treated unfairly, not being treated equal, your employer is not following laws this is the place to call. You matter.
