I really felt like Karen tailored each session to what I needed that day. Whether I saw her weekly or more sparingly toward the end, I always left feeling excited to implement what we discussed and come back for an update and further clarification. She was an expert at listening to my rambling, teasing out what I was actually feeling with guided questions, and helping me make realizations that have had a lasting effect on my life.
