I waited 7 hours for a repairman to come and fix my icemaker. I finally called and was told that she must have dropped my appointment. She said that she was sorry and I told her I have been waiting for 7 hours. She said I'm sorry and that she was not perfect. She said she didn't know what to say. I said maybe a discount and she said we don't give discounts then said that they will not be coming to fix my icemaker. I think that is very poor customer service.
RecommendedTompkins Appliance are Amazing. Always very helpful and when they come do a service they are very honest and so careful about the way they protect your appliances while working on them.
Thank You Gregg for your help. I was able to get my clothes dryer repaired and back working quickly.
