These people are very dishonest and unprofessional. I call them to my house for two simple problems. My faucet is dripping water and my kitchen sink is clogged. I only ask them to fix these two things. But instead of focusing on what I call them for, they keep trying to convince me I need many other repairs and expensive services. Simply asked for an itemized invoice and could not provide itemized invoice for an $1100 toilet replacement. I repeated requested politely via email with no itemized invoice then was told they were no longer in business.
These guys are the absolute best! Had an emergency with my garbage disposal and water was shooting out the adjacent sink when I turned it on…within 30 minutes of talking on the phone I had Jesse in my kitchen working wonders…best experience when you really need someone to come through!
Interesting that a plumbing company in the United States was somehow able to process a $5,000 charge on my card while I was in Italy actively using Google Pay on my smartwatch — with my physical card still safely at home. Even more interesting: no response from the business when I tried to resolve the issue. Banks usually flag suspicious international activity immediately, so the fact this transaction went through raises serious concerns. Be careful and keep an eye on your statements.
Hired them to take care of a busted water heater in my home. They installed it and gave me a year warranty for their work. Started having a leak about a month ago. Have been trying tobget in touch with them but keep getting the run around.
