Interesting that a plumbing company in the United States was somehow able to process a $5,000 charge on my card while I was in Italy actively using Google Pay on my smartwatch — with my physical card still safely at home. Even more interesting: no response from the business when I tried to resolve the issue. Banks usually flag suspicious international activity immediately, so the fact this transaction went through raises serious concerns. Be careful and keep an eye on your statements.
Hired them to take care of a busted water heater in my home. They installed it and gave me a year warranty for their work. Started having a leak about a month ago. Have been trying tobget in touch with them but keep getting the run around.
My experience with Tomo's Plumbing was excellent. We had a plumbing emergency. It was late in the evening, but Devin came over right away. He assessed the situation and coordinated a complete repair. The situation looked like a disaster, but Devin finished the repair quickly and at less cost than we anticipated. Tomo's Plumbing is now my go-to for all such jobs. Five stars.
Please be careful with this company!!! First I got quote for $13,000, then after shopping with other plumbers, they gave me $7,000 price to match! They lie on pricing, please be careful!!! So after begging me for business, I finally said yes and what a mistake I MADE! They cost me $3,800 in repair for fraudulent installation of our agreement.
