The nail technician was not very friendly, and it felt uncomfortable—especially since I noticed she was much more talkative with a Korean-speaking client next to me, which came across as unprofessional. good service, good price and beautiful designs :)
Signed up for the membership service, although has a little sign on the table that says lasts 1 year…they give no reminder of amounts expiring so I ended up losing money because of this rule. Asked the owners for a one time exception, owners are extremely inflexible. Disappointing, will not be going here again after my credits are used up. Would give 0 stars if I could. As you can see from the response, the owner is extremely rude too.
