I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this therapist Jaisha Holmes. I was charged a missed-appointment fee even though I personally called to cancel the appointment. I actually called **twice**. I first called to cancel the original appointment, and it was rescheduled for another date. I then called again to cancel the rescheduled appointment. I had an amazing therapist here so I put up with the double billing , inability to process claims through insurance and awful customer service within the billing department. My therapist is no longer with the practice so I had to cancel my appointment. My account has an overpayment on it which they are refusing the refund since I canceled my appointment even though I had no choice since the person I scheduled with doesn’t work there anymore. My recommendation: stay away. I met with two therapists here and their clinical supervisor several times. The experience left me in a worse state. When I was in the middle of a mental health crisis, they abandoned me. Instead of helping, they blamed me for my problems, ignored much of my past medical history, and tried to isolate me by telling me to cut off my support system and discouraged my employment.
