(Edit: gang, they're charging vulnerable people who are likely to have last minute schedule issues $100 for "cancelling" appointments, even if you ask to reschedule now. Whoever owns this place should reevaluate their morals & values, quite frankly. I have never heard of a counseling office with fines like this for folks who already see them regularly.
