[UPDATE JUNE 16 2025]: The noises lessened and the weed smell is less. The new HOA lead has helped resolve some of the issues. The obnoxiously loud music is done being played all night, but the overall noise problem cannot be helped because of the places acoustics/concrete infrastructure. People will be people... My husband and I have owned our unit for nearly 10 years now and things here have gotten unbearable. There are pot smokers smoking every night from 8PM-9:30PM they blow their weed smoke into their AC ducts and it feeds into surrounding units. I kid you not, every night I am opening all the windows and doors trying to air out the fumes from OTHER UNITS, IN OUR OWN CONDO. My air purifier is flashing orange every night when the weed starts.
