My father who is in an assisted living had to have a urine sample tested to see if he still had an infection. The amount billed to the insurance company for that $2,928 ... yes you saw that number correct. When I called and selected patient billing I was told they couldn't help me and to call back to the main number and select anything BUT billing LOL. So I did and selected customer service. They said I needed to contact billing. OMG please help me
