I can’t say enough great things about Tomo. My loan officer Ted and Michael were great to work with and easy to get a hold of. This was my first mortgage with Tomo and they got me from offer to close in 15 days. I had a bad deal that went sideways and they supported me through that and helped my family and I lock up a perfect home.
I am a very calm and understand person but my experience with Tomo has left me unreasonably frustrated. I don't know what is going on behind the scenes but while the representatives were pleasant, the underwriters were unprofessional and sloppy. I was asked multiple times for the same pieces of information and literally had to write 5 signed explanations for what is going on because they refused to let me speak with the underwriter who either needs to work on their reading proficiency or was clearly abusing AI assistants ins... read more
Tomo made the mortgage process incredibly easy. And always beat other lenders on price out of the gate. The team was incredibly responsive. I wouldn't have trusted a 21 day close to any other lender.
TOMO was great to work with - the best rate that was offered, happy to answer all of my questions, and very responsive.
Great experience, they communicate constantly throughout closing. Much better customer service compared to my experience with major banks in the past. They don’t charge fee after fee like them as well.
