Just closed on our first home with TOMO - they were fabulous to work with throughout the whole process. Andrew was our loan officer and he was amazing! He patiently answered all of our questions and was extremely communicative every step of the way. Both our realtor and closer commented about how smooth the closing process went with Tomo. Highly recommend using them!
Closing was delayed today without any prior warning. Very disappointed with the lack of communication.
This company and almost everyone I spoke to there were very unorganized, Inexperienced and caused delays that I’ve never experienced in the previous four mortgages, would definitely NOT recommend them. The employees are disconnected and wastes your time.
Wouldn't stop calling me, despite me asking them not to.
