Travis was extremely nice and listened to all of my concerns. Was able to address my concerns in a timely manner and kept me up to date with repairs, cost and wait times. Couldn't be happier with sending my car here. 2011 E350 engine mount repair, while in repair they were able to inform me my front struts were bad and could potentially be causing lower control arm damage and a factor to my vehicle pulling to the right. Thank you for the great inspection and the excellent time frame for my engine mount repair!
I have a Ford F-250 with that dreaded 6.0 diesel. The truck had been neglected and needed extensive work on the turbocharger, oil cooler, front end breaks, tires and a ton of wiring issues. The crew at Tommy's brought it back from life support and got it running like a champ. The bill was fair and I would recommend Tommy's for any service.
Really great costumer experience!
