How often do we receive phenomenal customer service, expertise and knowledge these days? I thought i was going to drop my lawn mower off and see it again in a week or so. Wow, was i wrong, I explained to Ralph (Ricky) D'elia what was happening, he came out to my truck, tilted the lawn mower and new exactly what the problem was.
