I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from TOMS Air Duct Service . The technicians were prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They did a thorough job cleaning our air ducts and even provided tips on how to maintain them. The improvement in air quality is remarkable.
On Christmas Eve our heat went out when temps were below 30 and freezing. Tommy’s hearing and air answered right away and fixed the problem so quickly and came on Christmas Eve and saved us!! Not many businesses would come on a holiday!! They were wonderful and would definitely use and recommend them again!!! Thank you again for saving the day!!!
Feel free to call for service. Someone has always shown up to service my unit when anything goes wrong, but I wouldn’t recommend them for installation. I was asked where I wanted my vents and put down painter’s tape to mark the spots. I came back to find that Tommy decided to cut a vent exactly where he wanted to and right through my brand new floors that I’d just paid $17k to have laid.
