I came from out of town and my car had massive bugs from the drive, the 1st time I went thru it didn't get but maybe half the bugs off but they let me go thru a 2nd time for free which I thought was so very nice! I will say that they are better than their competitor just down the road which I had used the last time I came to town! If I lived there I would definitely get a membership at Tommy's. Best automatic car wash in Cheyenne, hands down! My car comes out cleaner and with less residual junk compared to the others who charge just as much or more. The property is well maintained and trash is never overflowing and I appreciate the employees like Nicholas who check in to ensure I’m happy with the wash. I’ll keep coming back here as long as it keeps cleaning just as well!
I just went to Tommy’s yesterday and got a car wash and totally used the new mat washers and they’re awesome! Jordan Ream was seriously the best, he took time out of his shift to wash ALL of my mats, wiped them down, AND put them back in my car! Thanks for your service Jordan 😊
