The wash itself was average, but the service and management are where this place completely falls apart. The general manager was incredibly rude and condescending when I asked a simple question. No effort to listen or help just attitude. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here, and I won’t be coming back because of it. To make myself clear I am not a employee or never was an employee for this company I was an honest paying customer

Great car wash! Always leaves my car so shiny and the blower room is awesome. Shoutout to the general manager Tristen for setting me up on a monthly membership at the window. Also thanks Karem for showing me how to put my new car into neutral. Tommy’s is the only wash I ever use!
