Very unprofessional I came in with a coupon for a free car wash they said hold on came back and made up some excuses I couldn't use it. Unbelievable
Really good car wash!
The negative reviews on people complaining about being turned away from rust is why I am a customer. Thank you for keeping the rust buckets out of the wash!!!
I signed up for the Works unlimited when they first opened and bragged to everyone about how great a wash it is. Over time it seems like I have more water spots and the tire shine wheel just flops in and out when it wants to. The staff has always been GREAT and their attitude always is positive even when they have to shut the line down for an issue. I also believe that the cars get loaded way too close on the belt. 7 out of 10 overall.
So glad they are located West Bend. Customer service is great and car wash is quick and great. They even offer free vacuum service.
