If you want a semi cleaned car and possibly damaged then Tommys is the place to go! Otherwise if you care about your vehicle go somewhere else or take it to a professional who knows what they’re doing and will take care of your vehicle. Also terrible work environment, seems good from the outside…
Always a great experience! Professional and friendly staff who keep the facility spotless. Great wash plan rates with mega discount for multiple cars. Truly the best car wash around. As a result of great employees (especially Adam) and the service provided this is one subscription I enjoy paying.

Many months ago and right around when they opened, I would've given 5 Stars. I purchased a monthly service and for the past few weeks, the washes are dirty and leaves spots and my vehicle unclean. I don't know if it's hard water, dirty water or the cleaning brushes need to be changed out or conditioning, or all the above. I showed the manager the evident poor wash and explained I have to literally "detail" my truck out in the parking lot after every wash. If things change I'll change my star rating and review. Wash is ok but when your mirrors are just as dirty or worse when your done with the wash its unacceptable. Considering going back to mister.
