I had reason to speak to a manager once and he was SO friendly and helpful. Comparatively speaking though, I get a much better/cleaner/shiny result from another subscription car wash in town.

I just get the basic package when I come here. It has been convenient to use this car wash because I can also vacuum and wash the floor mats at no cost.
They damage your car and they won't cover it and then they'll cover up your post when you want to post it. I had a post on here and they took it down I can't find it anymore showing the damages how much it cost and I was just going to update it with the court paperwork.
I tell you they have insurance to cover damages if something happens to your vehicle but when something does they don't do anything about it and they refuse your claim.
