Another great experience at this great car wash and most definitely the best location thus far with great team members who give it all they have always supportive of all customers tending to every need making you feel like family. Ryan helped me today going the extra mile making sure not only did I leave a satisfied customer but my car as well.
The car ahead of me got stuck on something and my car was headed right for his stuck car as the track kept going! I honked my horn and they stopped the track! Thank God! I do not like that no one helps me get on the track. I am not going back here and I am going back to Mister car wash! I need to xcel my membership. Mister always welcomes their customers with a wave and a smile! I never get that at Tommy’s!
I have been going to Tommy's now for a couple of years. I like the convenience of how fast you can get your car washed.
Didn't clean my truck. Bent my antenna. Folded my mirrors forward after folding them in. Highly don't recommend
