New staff member was rude
Thank you for making the decision to switch car washes an easy one. Unfortunately, the staff here was rude and showed a lack of understanding when it came to handling a Tesla in car wash mode. For Teslas, engaging Free Roll often requires using the brake while on the conveyor, which seemed to confuse the employee. This experience was disappointing, and I won’t be returning
Drive in and out fast and clean!!!!
