Updated experience on 7/3/25 I went back to give them another changed the only things that’s changed is their membership prices went up but the experience is still awful car doesn’t get fully cleaned and the vacuums still don’t work. I have had a membership here since it’s opened and it’s steadily gone down hill. I went last week to this location and none of the vacuums worked correctly which isn’t uncommon there but if I’m gonna pay a membership I expect to get the services I pay for along with a clean parking lot to vacuum... read more
I bought this car not long ago and did a total paint correction on it. Every panel was buffed and swirl marks removed from the paint. Unfortunately, after just 3-4 trips through this car wash, the paint is now covered in scratches. Really disappointed with the results. Stay away from this place if you have a black car.
I stopped in for a single wash and specifically asked for wheels and underbody. The attendant was very nice and explained what they had to offer, I chose one in the middle... It still seemed expensive, but I accepted that and REALLY needed a good wash and looked forward to it. Wanted to give this place a chance for the sake of location and convenience. Unfortunately had to cancel membership and go to another local car wash that has much more to offer. The biggest reason I canceled was the vacuums. You’re almost better off having none at all. The suction on all of them is terrible. They don’t pick up anything. They don’t have any attachments for getting in tighter spaces. They don’t have the air blower that helps blow out tight crevices.
