I took my car there because I had a coupon for a free car wash and everything looked good until I got home and there was a long scratch across my door I was perfectly on the track thing that pulls you. I believe it was the thing towards the end around where the drying fan is. Not to mention there was still bird poop and dead bugs on the roof.
The rotary towels at the end don't even touch your car to clean it better and to dry it up, the tire shine I don't even see it on my tires and besides that your car doesn't come out fully clean you have to get out with their dry towels and try to finish the job by hand, what's the point?
I just had an extremely negative experience at Tommy’s Express Car Wash in Grand Island, Nebraska. Halfway through the wash, our truck was hit twice by the vehicle behind us. When we pulled out, we realized it was a Tommy’s employee driving the car that hit us. I went inside to speak with someone and asked for a manager. The employees refused to get one at first, and the gentleman who did speak with me was completely unhelpful.
