This car wash is one of the best I’ve been to customer service and overall wash experience is superb!
Nelly was very helpful
I don’t recommend this car wash to anyone. My car was damaged, I reported it and received a call from the General Manager Riley who was very rude and adamant that Tommy’s didn’t cause the damage. I went in person to show him and he was very rude and condescending. I would not recommend anyone going here.
Generous guy and very nice, kind but especially present when we need customer service. I am happy to continue washing my car at Tommy's Express thanks to him! He does a great job! Mr Sean
