I would give negative stars. Awful experience they operated there wash with nearly a 2ft hole and 3ft climb to exit the wash. They had someone with a huge sledge hammer breaking this ice dam in betweeen cars exiting. When I spoke to "management" they were extremely rude wouldn't give there name there managers name etc I called corporate to file a complaint the next day they canceled my account no phone calls no explanation. I went through at 7:12 pm. The employee working was courteous, helpful and professional! Good job! My car is also very shiny!
First time here and signed up for a membership, but wish I had tried it first. Staff were very friendly, but the wash left bugs, spots, and the back of my SUV still dirty on the lift gate. The self-service area was lacking too—I leaned I cannot use the free mat cleaner because it doesn’t work with fitted mats, and lanes 6 & 7 vacuums had poor suction. Not the best, not the worst. Nice convenience factor.
