Is one of the best washes to get. And most places their drying is terrible but at Tommy's it's at least better.
I have been a member for months, no issues or complaints up until last week when the wash ripped half of my rear bumper off and left damage to the paint. I am now missing the clips to reattach it and had to have someone else come with duct tape to help me. Was told the manager would reach out within 7 days and when I called ahead of time was told that they do not cover any vehicles over 10 years old (manager got the policy wrong, their website actually states 15 years or older) and there was nothing they could do for me besi... read more
