Austan was a big help and very professional. He informed me right away that the vacuum's were not working because of a rain storm the night before. But he helped me find the Matt washer and even gave me a free detail kit because of the inconvenience. The only thing I would wish for would be that the front of my car got washed better. Took my car in to get a wash, the wash quality was poor and management were horrible. Only person there that seem to care was Joe. That Meika girl was also rude
