The wash was great, but there are never the microfiber rags as advertised.
The employees are friendly, but unfortunately, the car wash itself was disappointing. I purchased the Works #1 package and went through twice, yet there was still visible dirt on my car that could’ve easily been wiped off. They also don’t provide any cloth towels you have to pay $5 extra for them, which I believe should be included at minimum. The vacuum performance was also poor. Initially when this place opened it was great, loved the mat washers and clean towels to wipe down your interior or exterior. But the last visit left some dirt scratches on the back side of my vehicle like there were rocks or sand stuck in the wash scrubbers. I was able to buff most of it out but after reading other reviews of the car wash causing damages to others vehicles, I don’t want to risk returning. Half the vacuums also had poor suction and didn’t work well. Bummer cause it’s a great location.
