Literally let one of their employees steal my information and go and open an account with their car wash off of my bank account information in San Antonio when I’m located in Killeen Then when brought to their attention, they don’t want to refund me any of the money for the extra account that I was being charged for so instead of being charged for 3499 one time I would be charged twice every month then they tried to block my account and keep the one in San Antonio! Do not use the one on Benjamin Dr!
I locked my keys AND my phone in my car, the staff was very friendly and did what they could to help me out while I got in contact with road side assistance to open my car. Great customer service!
Great customer service
I have a membership here but will be canceling soon. The vaccine here suck and after i come out of the car wash my car is still very wet as in droplets still all over the front of my windshield. The staff never come out and guide you into the car wash just overall bad car wash, I rather wash my car myself
Horrible service and they ding up your car then blame you for it. Horrible customer service. Don’t go if you dont want your car dinged up
