The wash was great the only thing I feel needs to change is the alternation or the spinning brushes on the side of the vehicle. The first ones always twist my mirror and if they spin the alternate way attest the last ones are spinning in a direction that pushes it back to the right position.
I’ve been going to Tommy's Express Car wash on Clear Creek for about 5 months. It’s never been anything less than a 5 Star experience. Also, Avy has a great customer service dynamic, checking in on every car that pulls in and also just has a great personality!
Man, I hate to write a negative report when the people there are so nice and respectful. But !! I try to write a consumer review to help others to understand my experience. First, the wash itself absolutely doesn't get your car clean. I went through the wash twice. Where the dirt was before it still was there after the second wash. Now, this is my experience at Tommy Car Wash. I noticed once I went through I was actually wiping off dirt that was still on my car. But !! The people there are so nice and respectful.
