Ruined the paint on my new car. The car has less than 700 miles and I've brought it here 3 times. I noticed the damage and immediately went in to speak to a manager. They regurgitate the same line of "the damage isn't consistent with what our machines do.". They told another person that left a similar review the same thing word for word.
