I’ve had the highest-tier subscription at Tommy’s Car Wash in Panama City for over a year, but I’m increasingly dissatisfied with the service. What used to be a decent wash has now become frustrating and unreliable. There’s consistently only one employee working the pre-wash area, and more often than not, they’re paying more attention to their phone than the vehicle entering the wash.
