This car wash is horrible. Had to wait in line for cashier while van in front of me took 10 minutes to cash out. They dont have automated tellers unless u have the pass. They dont wait to see if ur car is in neutral before sending you thru. I just got my car, have never had to put it in neutral and I didn't know how, so I'm going back-and-forth between drive and reverse.While the car's pushing me through and the van that took ten minutes to cash out as in front of me. Only car wash in the area that has ypu oay extra for interior cleaner in the form of a wipe. All weather matts you wont be able to properly clean them without the add on charge of those wipes. They do have the best drive on car wash track ive been too. For a fleet customer this would out way the cost of all the others

Derrick is the best salesman. He is such a joy and gets you excited to wash and vacuum your vehicle!!! He needs a promotion to eventually become a manager at one of your locations!! I never give reviews but he deserves many!!!

I got the “works” wash, but the wash did not work. There was still pollen and dust still on my car after the wash. The front of my car was still soaking wet with bugs still on it. None of the detailing dispensers worked and there were no rags or towels to clean off what was left on. Every other car was in town has towels, cleaning spray, and some even have free air fresheners available. I also felt pressure to get the app and the plan even though I said I wanted the wash.
