Noticed car was scratched across the taillight and bumper the next day. Nothing else could have made these scratches. I filled out their contact form immediately as I was out of town. Been 6 days, no response. So not only does their wash damage cars, they do not seem to care. I highly recommend NOT using their car wash. (On a more minor note, their mat washer is supposed to wash and dry. My mats were still soaked, even after running through again with the water off).
Super convenient and totally worth it! I went through Tommy’s Express this morning and got a great wash. I love the unlimited monthly membership—amazing value since I can go as often as I want. Vacuums have super strong suction, the mat washers make my mats look brand new, and the place is always clean. Staff is professional and the whole process is smooth—just drive up, and the cameras read your plate and let you in. Easiest way to keep my car shiny without any hassle.
