We have a dear lease and have to drive through muddy terrain after it rains. We paid for the monthly as those saw our cars condition after first time around we saw that it did not remove any mud from around the wheels, above the wheels and even left dirt under the trunk door. We attempted to try a second time as our car was even worse condition, we were kindly dismissed to go to a car wash our selves and power wash our mud to avoid dirtying their equipment and making things worse and not being able to clean it. I recently visited Tommy's Express Car Wash and was extremely disappointed with the service. It was my first time obtaining my monthly unlimited membership. After getting my car washed, I noticed scratch swirls all over the hood. It seems like they used dirty or abrasive materials that damaged the paint. This is unacceptable for a professional car wash. I love bringing my car to get spoiled. I couldn't have chosen a better place for my car. Staff excellent service, gave us a water while we vacuumed our car very much appreciated during a hot day. ❤️
