I LOVE this car wash
I took my car through this car wash. As I was drying my car I noticed my spoiler had been pulled off by the equipment. I immediately filed a claim and was told it would take two to three days to review the footage. Instead, it took three weeks and that was only because I kept calling to ask for updates. After all that time, they came back and said they wouldn’t even consider covering the damage. Very disappointing experience. Always something wrong with this car wash. All the money you guys charge this place should be top notch. Instead we get bottom notch. Can we get another carwash across from the across one? Lets keep trying! Lol
I am pleased with the results I had at Tommy's as a costumer for the past several months. But the main reason is to emphasize on the professional treatment I receive. Everyone is good here, especially Anthony Hurtado. I have had several questions and he is always answering very properly to keep me up to date. Undoubtedly, a great asset to your company.
