Staff is friendly but I complained about their dryer rubbing up against my mirror and damaging it and they have done nothing about it

Never again coming back to this car wash. The vacumm machines were horrible with no strong suction power, as an owner of a mom car (mini van) these vacumms did not help at all. It took me for ever to go over and over to get small debri out. I had to change lanes to try to find a better machine but they were all horrible. I asked the staff to help and they just kept saying "sorry". Then I tried talking to what I thought was a manager and all he said was "ok" when I told him I was never coming back here again!
