Jackie, Gabe and Shelby provided excellent customer service today. They were exceptionally helpful with getting me on the unlimited plan. Their kindness, patience and diligence to help me out were outstanding. I would recommend this Tommy's Express to everyone I know.
Got the Works wash, left my car BEA-Utiful. I was overcharged for a promotion but Jerome and Lauren fixed the overcharges and made it right. Whoever does Tommy's hiring is doing this carwash center well. Once again AAA service from Lauren and Jerome. They knocked it out the park on customer service. Vince and Lauren helped me set up my app to get me started. They were extremely helpful; Vince also powered washed my car for no charge even though it was not part of the package; really helpful people.
