Stupid girl who worked today at 10am turn in the wash before our vehicle was in neutral and purposefully didn’t give good directions, because we are brown in a brand new Cadillac Escalade and messed up our brand new tires now they look like they are balding fire her immediately U will be filing a formal complaint!!!!!!

I bring my pacifica here every day Im very happy with there serve I did try some others in the areas here but nothing compared to tommys
The wash, shine, dry quality is decent but the wheel cleaner process absolutely damaged my black rims around the luggage nuts. I'm livid as it's a brand new car. Canceled today. The vacuums are weaker than most other places too.
