My car was in the shop and I had been told by an employee that I could transfer my membership to the loaner car, and switch back whenever my car returned. That was incorrect they have a 30 day policy on switch back. I only had the loaner 1 week. I called and the young man I spoke with fully understood and apologized for the miscommunication of a new employee. He absolutely helped retain my membership with Tommys. Thank you Tommys on Montana!! Way better than the customer service at the Kenworthy location in my experience.
I have been a happy Tommy's Express Car Wash member for three years and my vehicles are always spotless when they leave. Lately, however the location at 6142 Montana is never open at 7:00. This has occurred three times in the past five weeks. It appears that this location is plagued by equipment malfunctions. Also the personnel seem to not be able to rectify the equipment malfunctions in a timely manner. This location is fairly new and should not be experiencing all these problems.
Lately I’ve noticed that the vacuum cleaners don’t work , I’ve gone multiple times and it’s been the same, my friends say the same when they’ve gone as well
