I have a membership and I typically go to the Westside location. Although the one time I went here, this place left my car covered in white residue. There were white powdery spots all over my car after the wash. Something might not be rinsing correctly or the brushes might be covered in something. It was mostly on the right side of my car.
I have a membership. I’ve been to other locations and never have problem trying to get through wash and one of the workers kindly washes off a bit of the dirt on my truck if needed. I came to this location today and woman walked out and told me my truck was too dirty and I needed to wash it before coming through the carwash and had me leave Tommy’s all toghether because my truck was “too dirty “ Went to different location right after and right away manager said truck was fine and rinsed it off a bit before I entered the wash... read more
I got the membership and haven't had my car cleaner like never before. Free vacuums, yes please my munchkins are a little( a whole lot) messy
