Great car wash with excellent service and vacuums are first-rate.
I'm from STL and none of our car washes compare to Tommy's... the price, the service... EVERYTHING!!! My car looks awesome
Friendly employees. Great wash. Only downside was the entrance is a little tricky. One is supposed to place car in neutral and roll onto the moving flat platform, however the slope into the wash is not built steep enough so my car stopped and I had to put car back in drive then the platform squawks as the car is not in neutral. Employee very patient with me though. I have had no problems entering the Tommy's Viera FL location; their slope entering the wash bay is better engineered.--- edit Jan 2026. I visited the car wash for the first time for regular wash, and I was so impressed Julia, one of the employees at the window. She was incredibly patient and nice, especially when she helped me navigate to get the deal on my phone. As an older woman, I'm not always the best with technology, so I really appreciated her assistance. Thank you julia!!
