I'm not familiar with other Tommy's Express Car Wash locations, but this one always has the absolute kindest, politest, attentive and most helpful team of any car wash in Fort Walton Veach. Every encounter with an is a positive experience. They are usually sporting a smile and certainly exhibiting appreciation for me as a customer.
First off, the service was exceptional. Kam was super friendly and incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived, walking me through the best options for my vehicle. I sincerely wish there was a location in Pensacola because this wash truly impressed me.
