I went through the car wash on Thursday October 16 around noon. Afterwards I noticed a scratch on my right front factory rim quarter way up the spoke. I showed it to one of the workers who took pictures and my information and promised me I would be contacted. I’ve waited but no contact. Finally I started calling but the manager is not there or is busy. Finally on October 21 I called and caught the manager. He said he needed 48 hours and he would call me back.
